Cancel appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
How to cancel an appointment
It is important that you inform the surgery if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.
You can cancel a booked appointment by using our cancellation line. Please call 01985 224600 and select option ‘1’. Please leave a voicemail containing your name, date of birth and the time and date of your appointment you wish to cancel.
